I've been unable to change my plan from paid to free. I want to cancel my subscription but I'm still getting charged. When I go to change my account to 'Starter' in 'Pricing' it says:
Your subscription has been scheduled to be cancelled manually.
Can you help please?

We have canceled the subscription.
Your Username is scheduled to downgrade. Date: 2014-10-12
