I had created the below forms without an account and it seems I have lost access to the submissions report so I can not edit them or see who has registered. Please can the forms and all registrations that have come through them be linked to my account.

I see these forms in our system. I also noticed that there's no email address associated with them.
Are you able to access them from the browser you created them in? So long as you didn't clear the cache you should be able to still see the forms online. From there, just register for an account. If everything goes well, the forms should transfer into it.
Please try that and let us know if you're able to view them. If not, we do have the ability to transfer forms to a separate account if they aren't immediately associated with it.

Thank you but this is what I am getting now when I try and go through the history. The email address you will see if where the forms are going to. I had not registered an account with JotForm when I created the forms and I could access everything with no problem until 2 hours ago. Every time I enter an email address it is not working, the pop up keeps coming back.
I can see the forms online and if someone registers, the registration is coming straight to my inbox. I had shared the link with a lot of people so if I recreate then people are going to click on the link and be lost.
