We do apologize for any inconvenience this has brought you. I've already reviewed your account and I've seen that there's only one form including the Trash section. I've also checked if there were any email logs for your email address but found nothing. I believe you might have deleted the forms and accidentally emptied the Trash. In this case, I'm afraid we can't do anything further about it as it has been permanently deleted. But you can still recreate/create new forms with your account. Hope this helps.
