GA4 Integration Request.

Since Google Analytics 4 is replacing Universal Analytics in 2023, we're in the process of updating our analytics across our multiple websites to align with GA4. A big part of what is remaining for us is Jotform.

I read somewhere on the forums that this is something that the Jotform team is working on - is there any type of time frame estimate or information about that integration? Is there a way to stay updated on the status of this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Currently, only Universal Tracking is supported on the Google Analytics widget. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thank you! I understand you can't give an exact time frame right now. But do you believe that you'll have this integration ready by the June 2023 deadline for when GA4 replaces the Universal Analytics?

I need this as well. Please comment on WHEN this feature will be available, not just escalated to the developer team.

UA will sunset on July 1, 2023. If Jotform waits until then to release this feature, Jotform's users will have a more difficult transition from one form of conversion tracking to the next. This is an absolutely mission-critical feature. The transition from UA to GA4 will be much smoother for all of us if this feature gets released sooner rather than later.

Hello! Just checking in to see if there has been any progress or updates on this? I'm needing to give a report about our GA4 integration - and JotForm is the only piece we have left with no news (everything else we have is already set up with GA4).

JotForm is one of of our primary online conversion funnels, and figuring out our tracking is crucial. Is there a way to talk to an actual developer and get a real timeframe?

Are there any updates on this? As we're getting closer to 2023 and the end of Universal Analytics, my team is growing concerned that we haven't heard anything yet about Jotform's integration plans with Google Analytics 4.

Is there a way to escalate this higher on the priority list?

Thank you for getting back to us. I am sorry but unfortunately, we still do not have any update on this. I will send a follow-up to our Developer Team informing them that you need this integration before July 2023.

In the meantime, Let me know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

Thank you for responding! To be clear, we need this before June 2023 - not July. Universal analytics is going away June 1, 2023.

Ideally, we'd need to have this ready to set in place by February/March, so that we have time to implement and test before the cut-off date. I'm concerned that there's been no communication about it at all from JotForm, even though the deadline is coming up soon.
