I deleted almost all submission uploads yet it still says I'm almost at my limit

The usage indicator said I used 101MB.  I deleted about 12 items and it went down to 96MB.  So I went ahead and deleted over 100 items but it didn't move at all-- still says 96MB being used and almost at my limit.  Please help-- it keeps disabling my forms when it thinks I've reached the limt although most submissions have been deleted.

Here is the breakdown of all your submissions in a single form so you will know which form ID has the most uploaded numbers of files. The last 2 forms has the most numbers of uploads that has 63mb and 33mb. You can check that form and remove some uploaded files to reduce the space that is consumed.
