So far I understand that you are trying to create a different form calculation per your example.

Is there a form you wanted this applied to? Or can you please explain more about this so that we can better understand what sort of calculation you are trying to mesh this with that is < 18 ?

Were you trying to mesh this with greater than, less than values?

    Hi KadeJM
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I want to use the ready made template for the BMI calculator from your
    website,
I need to do the following:Redirect to a different thank you page for
    each condition below
If the calculated answer is less than 18.5 it must redirect to say
    'thank you" page1 (example:BMI is possibly16)
If the calculated answer is more than 18.5 but less than 25 it must
redirect to say 'thank you" page2 (example:BMI is possibly 21)
If the calculated answer is more than 25 but less than 30 it must
redirect to say "thank you" page3 (example:BMI is possibly 27)
If the calculated answer is more than 30 but less than 35 it must
redirect to say 'thank you" page4 (example:BMI is possibly 32)
If the calculated answer is more than 35 but less than 40 it must
    redirect to say'thank you" page5 (example:BMI is possibly 38)
If the calculated answer is more than 40 must redirect to say "thank
    you' page 6 (example:BMI is possibly 53)
I hope my explanation is clear enough.
    Thank You
