I keep getting a small Box with a question mark in it when I try to upload a photo into Thank you page.

You are not probably using the correct method. Here is how:

Click on the Embed Image icon and paste the URL of the image (for example use this one)

 

If you want to add more pictures, just use a public image repository such as dropbox, imgur, etc.
