My form's notifications are not showing the name of the sender anymore. They suddenly changed from the sender´s name to "jotform".

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are facing a temporary issue with our default email sender so we have switched to backup method, which in turn causes such problems. I am forwarding this to our next level support for a complete resolution. If there is any update, you'll also be updated through this thread.
