Hi I just upgraded to a monthly paid account email@example.com, then it is asking me to do it again? Can you let me know what has happened to what I paid. I have received an email receipt.

I have taken care of your account issues and upgraded it to premium monthly subscription. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
