I have the reply to address set up as the form fillers email, but all of todays forms are coming through with jotform as the sender and reply address.

We are sorry for this inconvenience. Currently, we are experiencing problems with our default sending method that is why we switched to our secondary sending method. This is a temporary problem and it will be fixed soon.
In the mean time you can use our SMTP method to send emails to your target address. You can configure your own SMTP email by following our complete guide here http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
