sender information for form submission emails

    Emails from my jotform that is embedded on my website used to come into my inbox with the sender's name listed, but now they are coming in just with the name of the form as the "sender", and I am having to open the email in order to see the name of the person who submitted the form. This is causing organizational issues with my emails, and I'm confused as to why this would change. Please advise, thanks.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately as you have found out we are having some issues with our main mail service.  Our backups have taken over without an interruption in service but they do have some bugs such as the one you are seeing.  Our developers are working on solving both issues currently and we hope to have this taken care of soon.  Thank you very much for your patience.
