    Form was completed and submitted by a renewing member and did not complete payment process

    I had a renewing member complete the form submit it and then after they went to PayPal they aborted the process Somehow. a Notification Email was sent to me I do not know for sure if the Autoresponders sent their messages to the individual who filled out the form.Their  submission shows up several times in the pending log. The member was confused by the PayPal payment screen and didn't reaize that they could pay using their credit card and didn't have to have a PayPal account

    I was under the impression that no Email notification or autoresponder  is sent until  payment clears the payment gateway. Is this true?

    Hi onondagaskiclub,

    I have tried this myself and the autoresponder was not sent to the customer's email add. Also, there was no email notification sent to me (as the form owner). The submission was still saved in the Submissions Page although it was counted as a pending submission which you can or cannot accept.
