Hello :)
I am using the basic PayPal integration on a couple of my forms and I notice tax is being charged on top of the displayed fee. I don't see the option in the "JotForm" setup for tax or surcharges. How would I change this? Thanks.

Hi,
Here is our guide on how to add or adjust the tax rate in your order form:
http://www.jotform.com/help/296-How-to-Add-Tax-to-Your-Payment-Form
If there is no tax setup in your form, there may be tax setup in your PayPal account. This would include a tax on certain users no matter what is setup in your form:
If neither of these are the case, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can find.

Thanks for your response. I immediately followed the instructions to find the tax designation in the payment wizard, but it didn't change the tax being assessed to registrations. After receiving a few more registrations with improper tax assessments I found instructions to delete the entire payment integration window and begin again.
By then I had already gone to PayPal, disabled my tax preference to "0." Unfortunately, I do sell some products which will not not have tax assessed.
Perhaps a complete overview on how to truly integrate PayPal wizard and make work within the structure of one's PayPal account would be helpful. I'm thinking I took the right steps at the wrong time.
Thoughts?
Sandy

Hi Sandy,
Can you please reiterate the question. Are you saying that on the payment submissions there is still tax charges?
I checked your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41896379375978 and I could see that you have removed already the Tax option in the payment tool
so, when I test submitted your jotform, on the paypal payment there was no tax charges
Please clarify and we will check further.
Thanks!
