When people reserve a time slot the allotted slots available do not decrease. For example we have 12 slots available. If someone reserves for 2 people then the number of slots left should go to 10. It was working yesterday.

Please make sure that you have applied the API key in the widget's configuration.
I used a test jotform http://www.jotform.me/form/42596484456468 using a clone of yours and the widget was working just fine. You can try submitting my demo jotform and check the result yourself.
