Custom Help Recommendation on creating and integrating appointment scheduling calendar to JotForm

I would like to allow customers to select dates on a calendar.  I would like to be able to block dates on the back end.  Some of the calendars I see allow someone to select any day and there is no way to block those.  

I understand that you want to use bookings app and you want to block dates in the back end. Using booking app, to block dates you may need to build a custom solution. However, we have some other widgets that might help you in selecting dates for reservation purposes. Please take a look at the following widgets and see if any of them works for you.
