On my forms, I have the "Upload Document" feature however, when I go to open up an uploaded document from an email, it won't open or save. When I click on the uploaded document title, rather than a Save As dialogue box, I get "Locate Link Browser" and can't do anything with the document. What's happening?

Try downloading it from the Submissions page.
Log into your account, select your form and then click on "Submissions" button. You can then find the submission and download the uploaded file.

This actually won't work for me because I'm sort of an administrator of a site with a form that's on the site however the submissions get sent to someone else in addition to be. I don't want to give her access to this application simply because I'm trying to make her life easier by not having to worry about the background stuff so all she sees is the email.

I believe we fixed this bug. There was a bug last week with uploaded file links not showing up on emails and we already fixed. Can you check it?
If the uploaded file still does not show up on the email please try resetting your email: Click on Email Alerts, open the email in the wizard, click on "Delete Email" button and then click on "Emails Alerts" again and re-create the same email.
