    How long does it take for new email contacts to show up in my Mad Mimi integrated list?

    I've set up my first form (very exciting) and have included an opt-in checkbox to join my Mad Mimi mailing list.  I've done two tests and neither email address is showing up in Mad Mimi.  Before I make this live, I want to make sure this works properly.  Many thanks!

    Hi,

    Please follow this user guide and redo the integration.

    From what I can see in your jotform http://www.jotform.ca/form/42626448819263 you should at least make the Email field *Required field so that the form respondent will be oblige to provide email address that can be use in the integration.

    Thanks!  I removed the integration and re-did it.  Seems to be working.  I tested both with those fields as required and not required - both work.  I wanted this form to have the option of anonymity.  Thanks very much for your help!
