Email notification after actual submission not sent

    I set up my first form and did test email response and that worked. I then tested the form using a different email but as the owner of the form I did not get the email notification that form was submitted

    Hello Anita,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As per our mail log, a recent email notification was sent to you. You may check it yourself by checking your form's email history. Have you checked your spam/junk folder already?

    We are having the same issue and despite other forms working fine and are only have intermittent issues with one of our forms.


    So far, I keep getting told the issue is on my end.

    Forget the fact that my team all work remote and have a use a variety of computers. That it isn't all forms with an issue. That even when I manually send them, some come through instantly and others take close to a half hour to come through, or some not at all.

    The only email that came through was the test email I sent in the form set up. No other emails have come through to my mailbox or my junk

    Hello Anita,

    It looks like your email notification's sender email is empty. Thus, I have added noreply@jotform.com as sender email. See demo below. Can you please try to send a submission to your form again to see how it works?

    It worked. Thank you very much! I had also downloaded the app which I did not know was available  I’m very excited because that worked immediately as well.
