Hello, I created a few forms a couple weeks ago that have paypal pro in them.  I received a payment with one of them on September 18th, but then for some reason my monthly payment was interrupted.  I had a client inform me that yesterday, Sept. 20th, they received an error message saying "Invalid Configuration this transaction cannot be processed due to an ivalid merchant configuration". I figured this was because the monthly billing had an issue so I went in and paid the $9.95 month subscription, but today I am still getting this error message.  I went into my paypal account and and made sure that my paypal setting were still enabled, and they are.  I tried to make a new form with paypal pro, and that one didn't work.  I need my form to work asap, as this is interrupting my business.  Otherwise, I will be forced to find another way to get payments/form info, and would need you to refund my $10.  Please help.

    Hi there!

First, we apologize for any inconveniences caused.

The error message you have encountered is usually from Paypal's response and it's displayed to your form. Would you mind checking again the following on your account?

You can check the error code information on this page: Paypal General API Error

    10500  - error code

    Invalid Configuration

This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.  Occurs when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.

    10501  - error code

    Invalid Configuration

This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.

Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.

One thing, although this might not be likely the issue but please make sure to double check the API Credentials you have entered on your Paypal pro payment field.

Hope this helps. Feel free to get back to us if you have further questions. Thank you!
