Condition to show hide form field is not working.

I am having a problem with a condition and feel I need to seek some advice. I am sure you will see the problem in an instant.

How my form should work, in the first  "please select", all check boxes other than the last "payment by other means" should reveal the whole form,

when "payment by other means" is selected a collapse should hide paypal stuff but should still reveal the submit button. I have use two collapses but feel my problem lies with the condition and how its set. I fail to keep the submit visable.

I did check your form and I believe adding a "Form Collapse" field before the submit button will solve your problem.
