    Hi Pattarawut

Thanks for asking. There is a known issue (not isolated to JotForm) where some browsers do not print check boxes and/or radio buttons.

There are a couple of solutions you could try to resolve this:

    1. Replace the radio buttons with drop downs like another JotForm user did here to solve the same issue. (CAUTION! Save the submissions for the form to your computer first.)

    2. Make a confirmation page according to the instructions in this user guide article and place the Print Form button on that page instead of on the page with the form. Insert this code next to the other buttons on the confirmation page.

Please let us know if you need assistance with implementing these suggestions. We'll be happy to help.

    Regards

    ~ Wayne
