Form not found

    I created a form but I cannot visualize it on your site (form not found) and it does not appear on my site when I insert it. But it is in My Forms and I can modify it.

    We apologize for the in inconvenience. Upon checking your account I found that it has been suspended by our phishing tool because your form was suspected to be a phishing form. 

    I have verified that forms are clean and not used for phishing. We are sorry for this I have now whitelisted your forms and activated your account.
