We have notifications sent to multiple e-mail addresses and the aol accounts do not always get the e-mails, not in spam either. Is this an aol problem? How can we fix this?

I checked our mail server logs for information about notifications going to AOL addresses you have set as your form's recipients, and all I found are messages confirming successful deliveries.
To experience it first-hand, I added my AOL account on your form's notification recipients then I made a test submit. I received the e-mail with no problems at all:
If I remember correctly, the first time I tested this particular AOL account, the notification went directly to the SPAM folder. I right-clicked on it and tagged it as Not SPAM.
Now, each and every notification I receive from JotForm goes to my inbox.
Can you confirm if you received this same notification e-mail? I'll be waiting your response. Thanks!

Some of our servers are currently blocked from AOL because of a spammer that used JotForm to send spam to AOL addresses. We have already prevented spammers to use JotForm in the future in a similar way, but reputation for some of our servers are still "bad" in AOL. We have now applied a fix that will send the AOL emails to via another server. You should be reciving the emails now.

I am having the same issue - thought I was nuts. Submission notifcations started coming through a little bit ago but not forwards.....

What do you mean by "not forwards"? Are you not receiving notifications now?

Sorry, should have been more clear. I have begun to receive the submission notices on my aol account as well as the notification of edits to submissions. There has been a several hour delay on the edit notifications - I made most of the adits this am and received the notification over the past couple of hours.
However, I also "forwarded" several of the submissions from the jotform account to several aol emails. Those have not been received.

Have you tried forwarding lately? Right after Aytekin announced that the fix has been applied? If not, please do, then let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi We are still not receiving notifications in AOL accounts. I have the sender field and email populated correctly. Please advise
