I have several forms in Jot Forms that go to different websites. When I created the latest two forms, it sends notifications to additional email addresses that are NOT set up to receive this information.
What can I do?
As you can see in the attached screenshot, it says at the top that the form was submitted to JimmyZ Homes, but should have been submitted to Doorbell buys houses fast... and Not to the email that it went to.

I'm a bit curious about something. You stated that you have several forms but I can only find one (1) on your Free account. Do you have other JotForm accounts?
As to the main issue, it appears to me that someone cloned your form and changed the subject but forgot to change the email address. If there are no entries on the submissions page of the form in question, that is likely what happened.
