text was not included in submission

    I have free html text prior to fill in blank questions. When submitted I did not receive the text, just the fill in blank answers. How come?

     

    Also, how do I change the email the submission is going to? I went to settings and the current email is not receiving the submissions?

    Hi hinsdalegroup,

     

    Thank you for your message. Any content that you put in within the Free Text (HTML) will not be automatically included in the email notification templateby default. You can manually add the contents of your Free Text (HTML) field in the template of the email notification itself. 

    The Email Notification Wizard contains a text editor which is like a huge Free Text (HTML) field complete with its own toolbar, wherein you can add images and text and format it according to your specific needs (i.e. bold, italics, change text color or font face, etc).

    To go to the Email Notification Wizard, please click the Email Alerts button under the Setup & Embed tab of  your toolbar. Then click the notification that you want to edit. Once you see the Free Text Area, manually add the contents of your form's Free Text (HTML) field. You can use the built-in toolbar to modify the text appearance. Then save the notification.
