Billing confusion

    I downgraded this account to the free plan, but I just received a bill for the "premium" account. Please correct this.

    Hi,

    I went ahead and manually cancelled your subscription and refunded the most recent payment.  This should be reflected in your account in 5-7 business days.  Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
