I am creating a quiz and need one of the questions to allow for multiple selection of answers (select all that apply). How can I change it so they can choose more than one answer?

    Hi,

You will be able to accomplish this by using checkboxes instead of radio buttons. It will allow you to get something like this:

You can of course have one or many (not necessarily all) options selected as shown on image.

You can grab the checkboxes from the form tools

You can see the jotform with this here http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42666432963967

You can also clone it to your own account if you wish by following these steps: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

Do let us know if this works as you wanted :)

    Best Regards,
    Ben
