How can I upload my contract that is already done and make it into a form for my website?

The contract is in .pages format but can be saved as a pdf. It will need to include the ability to have a digital signature.

Unfortunately there is not currently a way to convert a PDF into a jotform.  There are very few limitation on what you can build using our forms however and you the process is fairly easy.  You can also add the digital signature that you desire:
