I'm interested in purchasing JotForm for my business. I just have a few questions to make sure it's the right choice for me. So basically I'm looking for a contact form where my clients can fill out a request, along with uploading multiple files, which will then be sent to my email and a copy also sent to them, (kind of like a thank you/receipt email, showing what they filled out). When I receive this email, where it shows the files uploaded, will there be a link for myself to download everything my customer has sent me? Where are these uploads stored? on your server or on my dropbox? You mention different available space in your packages, so I'm guessing maybe the uploads are stored on JotForm? And are these forms totally white labelled for my business?
I believe that's all the questions I have for now.
Look forward to hearing back from you.

First of all, thank you for the interest in purchasing JotForm. Below is the answer to your questions.
When I receive this email, where it shows the files uploaded, will there be a link for myself to download everything my customer has sent me?
- Yes, there is. All you need to do is set up your email notification after creating your form. Here's the guide on how set up email notification. Another way also to see or download everything your customer has sent is by going to Submission page of your form. If you also want your customer receive notification after they submit there entry, all you need is Autoresponder.
Where are these uploads stored? on your server or on my dropbox?
- Uploaded files are stored in Jotform storage, which can be downloaded in the submission report window, even you integrate your form to your Dropbox.
I hope I answered all your questions. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
Have a nice day!
