Using HTML and CSS in the Auto Repsonder

Asked by simonmoore on September 13, 2011 at 07:23 AM

Is there a specific template to use when creating an HTML auto responder with CSS.
I have been using inline CSS to style it however it just gets ignored and my email arrives with no formatting.

    Thanks

    Hi,

JotForm email alerts are no different than your ordinary email. Thus, it follows the same rules when it comes to using CSS in emails. Below is a link to a guide which you can use as reference when styling your autoresponder:

    http://www.campaignmonitor.com/css/

Here is another article which talks about CSS limitation in emails

Hope you find these resources useful. Thank you for using JotForm!
