The icon used for the calendar on the date picker is being sourced from your non-secure server (i.e. http). Since this one element on the page is not secure, it makes the entire page insecure, according to my browser. The lock icon does not appear and the security certificate does not validate.
Can you please change your code so that the calendar icon is sourced from https?
For now, I've had to use the birthday picker tool instead, since there is no calendar icon.
