Can I adjust the the date when setting up recurring payment option?

If you set up a recurring payment at say, 2 weeks after the initial set up fee, can you go in and adjust that date manually if needed? If adjusted, the subsequent recurring payment dates would adjust also.

Yes, you can adjust the timeframe. But the old ones or existing submissions remain the same. When you adjust the fees, only the new submissions will be affected.
