I am not sure if I understood what you mean by your question, but you can try posting your survey's URL - http://www.facebook.com/CHMarine?sk=app_176217385757369 - on your Facebook page's wall so that it appears on your fans' walls as well. You may use a URL shortener such as bit.ly, tinyurl, or goo.gl if you want to keep URLs short, although in my opinion, it does not help boost user confidence in clicking the link. We all know how these URL shorteners are used by spammers and scammers alike, right?
More importantly, make your wall post compelling and interesting so that your fans will be motivated to click on the link and answer your survey. Below are useful articles which may help you in making effective wall posts to get a higher click through and submission rate for your survey.
Hope you find these tips useful. Thank you for using JotForm!

Thanks for this ! This does solve the problem . I thought that there was maybe an automatic invite similiar to the Invite App on Facebook but this is to all extent and purpose does the same.
