Is it possible to upload a video directly into my form from my computer?

    Yes, that's possible. Just add a file upload field directly to your jotform.

    I do not want my customers to upload a video. I want to be able to add a descriptive video as a part of form. Just like I can add a photo.

    As far as I know, there is no a widget that allows you to upload a video from your PC, however if you upload it to Youtube, Vimeo, Ustream etc, you can use any of the widgets to show it in your jotform.

    The problem with all those sites is it has their logos on it.. I just want the video itself. Weebly.com has a widget on their site. Wish you could make one like that. Otherwise your site is really great as is your customer service. Thank you.
