Thanks for patiently waiting. I'm not totally sure I understand the request here. Kindly elaborate further. Is this an if statement in Form Builder's condition or a statement in Jotform Tables?

We look forward to hearing from you.

I think it would be from the Form Builders condition. I am really trying to populate a field Inhouse Service? on the JOB SHEET form with information from the Yes/No question in the SERVICE CALL REQUEST form. I cannot figure out the best way to do it - or if it possible.

    Hello Sylvia,

Thank you for patience. I have looked into both forms JOB SHEET and SERVICE CALL REQUEST to better understand what you are referring to. I believe you are referring to this:

Wherein, if it is equal to 'I will drop off the unit to be serviced ', you want this to automatically choose 'Yes' :

Unfortunately, conditions can only be within the fields of a certain form but not across different forms. If you use pre-fill for these two forms, we suggest you make the same field on the form SERVICE CALL REQUEST that will pre-populate answer on JOB SHEET.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
