    Hello Guys,

how are you? I have been using jotform for years now and love it!

I had a quick question, Google now has included SSL Certificates as a ranking factor so I have placed one on my website website but what happens is the jotform disappears on the page ( I guess it is because it is an external form ) Is there anything that I can do to show the form again with an SSL ?

    Thank you

    Hello RedIce,

I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and yes it does not display the form.

Upon taking a closer look at your web page, I found that you have used your form's non SSL embed code. Please check the screenshot below:

Embedded form is not being displayed on SSL website Screenshot 20

Please be noted that non secure content cannot be displayed on a secure / SSL web page. Since your website uses SSL but the form embed code you have added is not SSL, that is the reason your form is not being displayed in your web page.

Please grab your form's SSL embed code and use it to embed it in your web page and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
