    Format Issues

Asked by engaged360 on September 13, 2011 at 10:28 PM

    Hi,

I have created a form and embedded it into my site.  When I initially embedded the form it was fine, later I went to the page on my site and the format was messed up.  So I went back and fixed the form, again all was well when I check the form on my site, until a few hours later- the format was messed up again.  This seems to only happen on Internet Explorer- I have the latest version.

    Please help.

    Thanks!!

    Hi engaged360,

    Thank you for using JotForm.

You can try embedding your form with iFrame. This way, it will not conflict other codes within your website. Clear your cache after replacing the code, restart your browser, and try to revisit the site. Hope this helps.

If you have further issues and concerns, please feel free to contact us again.

    Hello engaged360,

Can you provide us a screenshot of the form when looked into your webpage?  I have tried checking the page in IE8 and it seems to look alright.

It is possible that you are also viewing the page using your browser's web cache.  Please try to delete your temporary internet files and try again.  If this does not help, aside from the screenshot, can you please provide us the screen resolution of your computer as well?

    Thanks,

    Liyam

    Hello,

I have attached the screen shots with arrows pointing to the errors. My screen resolution is 1280x800. The form looks fine in Firefox, but is distorted in IE9. This is an extremely urgent issue.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

I've tried replicating your issue using IE9 and still I can't find any inconsistencies regarding your form.

I've attached here some screen shots of what I can see from my browser. (Click image to enlarge)

    Could you try using

    <iFrame src="//www.jotform.com/form/1231212121".........></iFrame>

     instead of <iFrame src="//form.jotform.com/form/1231212121".........></iFrame>.

We will be waiting for your reply. Thank you for your patience.
