Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As far as I know, as long as your email provider allows you to authenticate your email to SMTP, this will not hinder authentication of your email with Jotform. I would also suggest reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance regarding this concern.
You can find another guide that could be useful while setting up your outlook email as SMTP here.
