additional questions about pricing and forms

    Good morning - 

    I'm int he process of starting a non - profit 

    I am looking for a platform I can create forms and use on my website that I have, so people would fill out forms on my site, submit to me and I would receive via email.  From what I have read I can do that with JotForm?  

    Additionally - are the fees per month or annually and can they be upgraded as needed, for instance, if I start out with the free form then need to upgrade to the next level can I do that any time?
    What do you do with all the information captured on the forms?
     Lastly -
    when my non profit status comes thorough is there a price discount on the fees,
    do you know if JotForm works seamlessly with Zenfolio?

    You have a few questions with your first asking about if you could have a form on a website which is filled out and submits an email to you.

    For your first question yes our platform here at JotForm can handle that.

    You will need to create a form, make an email notification and then embed or link it onto your website.
