Submit button is not showing up in firefox

This issue has just resurfaced, only happening on one form, on firefox, i have ensured it is not a crop and visibility issue, but it works just dandy in chrome

We will be happy to see what is causing this to happen.  Just let us know the form you are having trouble with and if it is embedded to a webpage, what the URL of that page is.  As soon as we have that information we will see what we can do.
