JotForm Account - how to downgrade

    My account was locked due to overage in forms submissions  and the only way I could access the account was to upgrade. I have offloaded the forms that were giving me problems, and for now I wish to downgrade.

    Hi Jay,

    To downgrade your account you should go to your Account -> Billing -> Switch Plan under the FREE option.

    Once these steps are done your account will be downgraded.

    If you have made a payment over PayPal then please follow these steps as well:

    1. Log into your PayPal account
    2. Find the latest payment you made to us
    3. Click on your subscription number
    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
    When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again. But your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
