JotForm not working with DropBox on my site

    My site is The form is toward the bottom of each page.

    It is not sending through files via DropBox. It seems to be fine when uploading the file - no error message, etc - but it does not send the file through to our JotForm DropBox.

    Please note that I purchased your JotForm Premium Bi-Yearly Subscription for $139.00 on 8/4/2011.

    I need to get this working ASAP.

    Please advise.

    I checked your form's Dropbox integration settings and it seems to be ok. I also sent a test submit on your form. Let us know if you receive the files on your Dropbox account.

    By the way, can you tell us how you access your Dropbox account? Do you have the Dropbox application installed on your computer, or do you log in to to check the files?

    I think it would be best to use both methods and see if you can find the files that are missing. If not, try re-integrating your form to Dropbox, test the form and then let us know what your results are.
