We have had complaints from several candidates they are receiving error messages when trying to submit their interview form. When we research the submissions, some we have received others we have not. Also after submission the applicant should have a thank you screen, some are just getting a blank screen. My concerns are this may be happening during high traffic times and there may be more that have not emailed us with technical issues. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Our systems are able to process quite a high volume of traffic and can offload excess traffic to redundant servers. We did have a routing issue with one of our US servers yesterday morning from about 8:10pst-8:40pst that caused issues for some North American users. Other than that, our system is capable of handling just about any submission traffic thrown at it. We have also had specific forms receive in excess of 20,000 submissions in one day.
I cloned your form just to make sure there were no issues and was able to successfully complete several submissions. Each time the default thank you page was shown:
If you can let us know more specifics regarding the users having issues we will be happy to check anything else as well. Anything like which browser they were using and what version, if they had a stable connection.
