Radio Buttons with Text Box

I need to intervals as answers in the form. For example: If the question is concerning budget, the possible answers I need are:

1) From (.........) to (......) -> with space to be filled in

2) fixed (........) -> with space to be filled in

3) no matter

Is there any option to make such a field or any other way?

I am not sure if I understand what exactly you mean.

Do you mean to have several options offered for your users to select from (radio buttons) and instead of just having text to have the input fields assigned to them?

Now if you want to have some certain markup of the entered data you an use mask value.

If you have this already set in one of your jotforms we would be able to see what you want to accomplish and can offer an alternative approach if there is no direct solution to what you want to achieve.

I would like to have  a quiestion with 2 possible answers (with radio buttons), and each of the both options to give opportunity to be filled with information (numbers, but first option is "from .....  to ..... and the  other is "fixed ......" . (In the dots peaople should fill in their answers..)

p.s. At this time I solve my problem as I put show/hide condition and include 3 more questions depending on the answer.
