Hello, a question: why my account Jotform is disabled?

After reviewing your account, I am seeing where you currently have 21 secure submission.
You currently have a free account and the monthly limit for secure submissions is 10, as such your Forms have been disabled.
You can enable your forms by upgrading your account. You can see the available plans and their submission limits at this link: http://www.jotform.com/pricing
Your submission resets at the beginning of each month if you do not wish to update the account.
