    Hi, I was able to successfully integrate my client's form to their SalesForce account. However, they have recently began using the Web-to-Lead function in SalesForce. I don't know much about this but was hoping someone on here has dealt with it before to let me know how to get our Jotforms to work with it or if it isn't possible and I can stop looking around.

    Any thoughts would be helpful.

    Thanks!

    Hello Slade,

    As far as I know, web-to-lead is the process of using a website form to capture visitor information and map that information with your Salesforce CRM.

    So use case basically as follows;

    1- Create your web to lead form on JotForm.

    2- Integrate your form with your Salesforce Account.

    3- Embed the form in your website.

    4- Capture visitor information and let data is automatically sent to your Salesforce CRM as new leads.

    Let me know if you have any questions.
