All my forms is down because your site is down too.
Now this situation last for 60+ minutes and It's a bad feeling for me and our customers.
It shouldn't happen on such a big company as you are. Please give me an explanation about how it happened and why did you spend so long to fix it.

This has been resolved. It is only a temporary hiccup on the server, it was immediately escalated to our technical team. Everything is working fine right now.
