Can I have a crossed out radio option?

Hello there, I am currently using a radio box to take ticket registrations. They choose which session they want to attend in the raio box, eg 2pm, 5pm etc. Is it possible to have an option that they cant click? I have a sold out session and just want to have "2pm sold out" so they can see that it's sold out but not be able to register. Thanks in advance.

Though you cannot disable a radio button option depending on how many times it has been selected, we do have a few widgets that will allow for only certain amounts of each option to be selected.  Here is one of our most popular:
