    Gift Registry Widget will not count downwards after I edit in the back-end

    Hi,

    I have a field using the gift registry widget to ask the user to select their language track that they want to sign up for and it shows how many slots are left.

    A user signed up for the English track and then decided to change to Spanish track. They emailed me and I went into JotForm to edit their submission in the back-end. Afterward, I refreshed my browser but the counter on the gift registry widget did not reflect the change I just made (i.e. the number of slots available did not change). Please advise.

    Hi,

    To further assist you, may I know what user account and form you are having problems with? A screenshot would also help us understand fully your problem.

    Also, please check your Gift Registry widget and see if the API key is properly placed there.

    Hello,

    I did test the "Gift Registry" widget and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. When you edit your submission record, the count of the "Gift Registry" widget option does gets updated as expected. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
