Can I link submissions from two separate forms?

I am creating an application for a fellowship program and I'd like to link a letter of recommendation form. If John Doe applies to the program and Dr. Jane submits his recommendation form, is there a way for me to view their submissions as one or will I have to sort through them to link them manually.

You can export the data from multiple forms to the same CSV file using our combine submissions application:

http://apps.jotform.com/app/combine_submissions

This will allow you to choose the fields from the forms you would like and include that data into one report.
